As fans, friends, and fellow celebrities flooded social media with congratulations for the mom-to-be, one commenter wrote, “Y’all got 1 time to share Nicki pregnancy picture on your story or timeline and you getting blocked. She don’t know you & she didn’t post you when you were pregnant.”
The criticism continued in a caption, “Mental Health Issues… She don’t know y’all stop talking to yourself in her comments saying congrats.”
Although Meek didn’t type out any words specifically, he responded to the critique with a series of crying laughing and blank face emojis. The post has since been deleted but, of course, not before outlets were able to get a screenshot of it.
Nicki, 37, dated Meek, 33, for about two years before splitting in early 2017. She has since reunited with her high school sweetheart 42-year-old Kenneth Petty and the two wed in October 2019.
