Universal MusicRising artist Smino tapped Dreamville signee J.I.D. and producer Kenny Beats for his latest single “Baguetti,” following his April release, She Already Decided.
The St. Louis rapper brings the melodies and a rapid-fire flow, while J.I.D. explains his growth in the hip hop industry, Ted Talk-style. Each verse flows into the next as the two speak on past relationships and making time for something we call could use — meditation.
Earlier this year, Smino dropped his single “Tempo. He was featured on “Eternal,” from Chance the Rapper‘s The Big Day album.
Last year, Smino was featured on the “Sacrifices,” from Dreamville’s Revenge of the Dreamers III, with J. Cole, Saba, and Earthgang.
