Quality Control signee Lil Yachty delivers his fourth studio album, Lil Boat 3, marking the third and final edition of his album series. The album proves his lyrical prowess, including fan-favorites “Oprah’s Bank Account,” featuring Drake and DaBaby, and “Split/Whole Time.”
Compton rapper Problem returns with Coffee & Kush Vol 1. featuring the single, “Where I Come From,” just a few months after releasing his film, A Compton Story.
Ace Hood drops his fourth independent album, Mr. Hood, laced with 14 tracks following his latest Self-Preservation EP. This also marks Hood’s first studio album since 2013’s Trials & Tribulations.
Big K.R.I.T. celebrates the 10th anniversary of his K.R.I.T. Wuz Here mixtape, releasing a remastered version, including four new tracks.
“The One That Started It All,” he wrote on Instagram ahead of the album’s release.
G Herbo also delivered the deluxe version to his latest album, PTSD, with 14 new tracks and new features from Lil Durk and Lil Uzi Vert.
Meanwhile, hip-hop aficionados Freddie Gibbs and The Alchemist unveiled their surprise album, Alfredo. The 10-track project boasts features from Tyler, The Creator, Rick Ross, Conway The Machine, and Benny the Butcher.
In other news, Polo G released a 13-minute documentary to accompany his album, The Goat, following its No.2 debut on the Billboard 200 earlier this month. The 13-minute video frames him as a legend in the making, exploring his upbringing in Chicago, his experiences as a father, and his philanthropic efforts in the community.
