Credit: Ross HalfinVolbeat has scrapped the band’s U.S. tour after initially trying to postpone it.
In March, the Danish rockers had announced that the April and May run, which also featured Clutch and The Picturebooks on the bill, would be rescheduled for the fall. Unfortunately, the trek has now been officially canceled.
“We, alongside our team, the local promoters and venues have all been working hard to try to reschedule these shows,” Volbeat says in a statement. “But as the timing for the safe return of live events is still unclear, we feel it is best to cancel the tour.”
